Jerry Lee Lewis was born September 29,1935 in Ferriday Louisiana. His parents are Mamie and Elmo Lewis. He has two sisters named Frankie Jean Lewis and Linda Gail Lewis. Jerry Lee used to sneak down to Haney's Big House in Ferriday and listen to the boogie woogie music. He began playing piano at the age of 8. In 1957 Jerry Lee went to Memphis and got a recording contract with Sam Phillips at Sun Studio. The rest is history!! Jerry Lee continues to do live concerts and records albums. He lives at his ranch home in Nesbit, Mississippi with his daughter Phoebe and his dogs.
