High Heels On Speed

First of all questions; NO, I DON'T USE HARD DRUGS! My Dj name has just to explain, that it could be very stressful when you are Djing, showmaster and organise everything in the same night, you have to be very quick and go very fast from this corner to the other, u have to have the eyes everywhere......now let me tell about my work. I'm a Queer bastard who is also Djing as Dj High Heels On Speed in small, dark and underground clubs in my homeland, playing from 80'ies trash to electroclash everything except the boring charts or house all night long. No, I'll change from style to style some without mixing, some in da mix. I love great lyrics and voices, I dislike to play only instrumentals. I like travelling even I got the time. My fave countrys are Germany, England, Ireland & Holland in summer; Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece in winter. I don't follow fashion, I like more the individuals, the punks and the dark wavers are friends but I'm not into one group only, I don't call myself a goth (even my profil looks like) or punk or anything....there exist no word for what I am - or maybe UNIQUE? My first occupation was hairdresser, after the training I went to Zürich, nice city with beautiful lake but afer 2 years of solitude I really get bored and I went back to Basel. Then, in 1992 I'd start working as waiter & party manager in a restaurant & culture club which is also a place for a lot of punk/heavy metall/wave/indie but also hip hop/ragga/ska or electro/techno concerts. This fabulous/famous club in Switzerland is called 'Hirscheneck' and it is a collektive! Which means we don't have a boss, everybody is the boss there, the same rights the same work and the same fee. It works believe me, sometimes it's harder to have 17 bosses around you than just one! We're trying to take care to our nature, the food is biological, we don't use massproducts and we are on the political green side; no rasism, no sexism, no fascism! I'm also very social and a dreamer, dreaming about a world who's got everyone on this planet enough food & clean water and the same rights, but it's not that easy in this f****** world we live in! At the moment I'm organising gay and lesbian partys; UNTRAGBAR on every sunday, except in summer when we need a break. The biggest event will be on X-mas every year; the absolutely crazy & trashy dragqueen party called 'TUNTENBALL'! I'd started this 18 years ago. I'm not doing drag everyday (well, sometimes;-) anymore cause the 80'ies are over! But for sure, I dress up as drag on Jesus birthday! It's a lot of fun to change sex, I won't miss it!
