Enough about me........oh, who am I kidding - More about me!
I'm fast walking, fast talking. Love to go out -- Dining, Dancing, Drinkin, whatever!!!! Love to stay in -- Cooking delicous dinners/trying new wines or just chilling. I so appreciate intimate intellectual conversation. Intrisically left-brained with a right-brain education (best of both worlds). Cool and easy-going, but sharp-witted with a refreshing sense of humor. I generally entertain the masses, or they me! (either way, no one's gonna be bored!)
My favorite things are subtlety, irony, complexity and linguistic play....oh and -- the Sunday paper, pineapple sherbet, tan feet, linen shorts, lazy bulldogs, indies, wine...always red red wine, and the hunt for an awesome Daiginjo - also known as being under sakiatric supervision ;)

My Interests

House Music, South Beach, North Beach, NYC, WMC, Great Food, Happy Hour, Fabulous Fun Friends, Wikipedia, and Hammocks!! But most of all......BLING BLADIN'!!

I'd like to meet:

Of course I always am accepting applications (ha!) for fun, cool, open-minded, intelligent, passionate, inspiring friends that like to get their groove on! I'm just at the point where I would rather hang out with friends than do the 'casual dating' thang ....I need a date like I need a hole in the head! So as far as guys.....I would like to meet someone who's SERIOUS. Serious about themself, serious about their passion - whatever it may be, serious about their future, and serious about me.Someone who is seriously fun, seriously twisted, seriously invested in having a happy reality, and seriously ready for 'the journey'.I mean is that too much to ask??? Apparently! ;(

Music:

Dating & Relationship Advice
MySpace Layouts
"HEAR WITH YOUR EARS! LISTEN WITH YOUR HEART!"

I'm most always into house music - deep, tribal, progressive, tech, and most definitely acid (yes, still!) .....I mean really does anything say luv like a TB 303 ?? I don't think so! ;) My GOD DJ's....808 State & Co. I'm probably dating myself, but that being said....my roots are so intwined in acr, art of noise, system 7, orbital, meat beat manifesto, aphex twin - thats when I "heard it".... so the best sound to me - their offspring. So wonderful to be able to experience their evolution through technology!! Simply amazing! The best remixer ever, HYBRID!
The best set of 2006 (hands down!) Hybrid DJ set after LoveFest-San Fran,Sept.23 @ Levende Lounge. Unbelievable and Spot On!!

Movies:

My Life...Still Shots...

Television:

I'll pass except for a little HGTV and series DVDs like Sopranos, Entourage & Family Guy - 'You know what's funny....I've only been alive for 6 weeks - I know nothing of the world beyond the walls of this stomach...and yet, I find Six Feet Under pretentious.' says the tapeworm in Brian the dog.

Books:

Atlas Shrugged, absolutely brilliant! Rooted in the conceptualization of Objectivism -- "In essence, considering man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute." —Ayn Rand. Reading Quantum Psychology, Instant Persuasion : Change Your Words to Change Your Life -Laurie Puhn. Next up to read :: The Four Agreements then Pattern Recognition.

Heroes:

D:FUSE - he has become an inspiration to me over the last 16 years. A dear soul, I owe him greatly for the introduction of all my true friends and I will always love him because he followed his dream and still strives to live each of his days with passion.I wrote in my last b-day card to him:I can still clearly see you...sporting a Meat Beat Manifesto T and T-6 Titanium sunglasses grooving to the outdoor Crystal Method set, Sports & Music Fest, Austin, Texas, 1997... I had all but written clubbing off after Proteus. Not since Acid House, could a groove get me back into the clubs. I really struggled to know the difference from a back-to-back break beat, and a post hypnotic Miami side street sweet ring! Since 'ole D:FUSE had really got too big to play regularly in Austin, and I now in LA, I hadn't seen a live D:FUSE set in well over a year. That all changed when I made a 'cameo' at Arena, Nov. 2001. I walked in to a packed dance floor, delayed announcing my presence for close to an hour, perched on top a speaker, just absorbing all the energy from the crowd.I truly and still haven't experienced a DJ with such spell-binding stage presence. It was spiritual to be in the midst of a packed 3000 person capacity venue (Spundae LA @ Circus, Aug. 2002), when it had officially closed, security herding people out, the entire crowd began chanting 'One More, One More, One More', so emphatically that the management was forced to let him play another 12 minute set. It was unbelievably touching to see everyone so moved by his encore, even more surreal under the glaring florescence of the house lights.Truly the most memorable club experience Ive ever had. My club protege had made it, and made it big!! The tables were turned, he now taught me about the music, and the vibe - its funny how things come full circle -- he ultimately taught me by example, a thing or two about life. They were there for much more than the scene, they were there for him. He has always said that music saved him, and I praise him for so abundantly, generously, passionately diffusing (D:FUSE-ing) his salvation with hungry hearts all over the world.Share the music with those who know - Enlighten those who dont. The common thread - I've seen over and over through the years, different cities, different clubs, all kinds of people with all kinds of motives - Is his unbelievable ability to inspire a dream - whatever it may be - in everyone who is fortunate enough to experience - as he does - MUSIC & LIFE. It is so refreshing to know a DJ whose raw talent, awesome stage presence, and GQ looks, are solidly backed with a genuine heart.I cant express how satisfying it is to see such a 'Massive' evolution. I, perhaps more than anyone, am so proud of D:FUSE and his success, exemplary truth, and candor. He is a wonderful indisputable person that followed their dream, an incredible journey fueled by the MUSIC THAT ENHANCES PASSION FOR LIFE, LOVE, AND HAPPINESS.And he humbly responds, "Thanks for Listening"
