About Me

I am a transplant from the U.K. I have been in the U.S. since 1986, but still speak like a Britt. I have moved around America and spent 9 years in Florida before moving to McAlester Ok, I have three children and four Grand children. I love music, any music as long as I can hear the words,hate mumblers! I like the truth, please or offend. I was widowed in 2002 three months after we came to OK. Now I feel lost and stranded. But I am proud of my two children here, who have grown into very caring and educated young people. I believe their dad is 'guiding' them. I am a great believer in the after life, I also believe we are all here for a reason, life is a 'stage' and we all have a part to play.

My Interests

Putting the children first, as they are my life. I love family and like to cook good basic meals of Meat potatoes and vedgetables. I like to see people eat and enjoy the food.

I'd like to meet:

A film maker or producer who would look at my project. George Jones AGAIN. John Anderson, again. The Queen of England for the first time. Some of the great artists on myspace. Someone to make me feel loved again.

Music:

Soul, Tamla, Blue's, Ragtime, Country.

Movies:

The Legend of Beggar Vance. The Green Mile. Fast & The Furious or movies like these.

Television:

Stopped watching TV spend too much time on myspace and Facebook, playing games and meeting new people

Books:

Autobiographies. History. Knowlegeable

Heroes:

My MUM, who taught me to 'go for it'. My dad God rest his soul. My late husband 'Jack' who I miss dearly.
