The 813 Noise Collective is stationed in Tampa, Florida. The concept behind the collective is to bring artists as well as fans together and form a community of people working together for the greater good. The 813 Noise Collective is fairly new and we need friends. If you're in the area (and even if you're not) please friend us and send a message over, we'd love to hear from you.
