Television:
Adult Swim! Laughter is the best medicine, they weren't wrong. I also enjoy most things on the Sci Fi Channel and Animal Planet. I would much rather spend my time away from the Tele than in front of it.
Books:
Lately, I haven't taken the time to read anything, this has got to change! I generally read books to enlarge my spectrum of healing abilities. I also enjoy collections of poetry, humor, fantasy and classic novels.
Heroes:
My oldest son Wesley as he's embarked on a journey to improve his life without knowing what he's really going to encounter and is willing to protect our Country, my Mother and my Grandmother who are two of the strongest women I have ever met.The ribbon is for my son and all others who serve our country
