I am a very eccentric individual...However.. i do try my best to keep my mind and body rite...

Stuff I take:(I DO NOT recommending anything to any one.. this is just information.)Ginkgo Biloba (once daily) TIME RELEASE Vitamin C (Depends what brand and the strength) Chromium Picolinate(once daily) a multivitamin (once daily) Flax Seed Oil (Depends what brand and the strength) Glucosamine Sulfate Pregnenolone (every other day 25 mgs only NEVER more!)
I do some basic Yoga ( i try to every day) sometimes i go a few days but then i'll just stop what i am doing and MAKE time to settle my self...
I read everything from Metephysics, to straight up Physics.. Even though as a kid I couldnt afford to go to college... KNOWLEDGE is free... all you have to do is go to a library.. and NEVER use your short commings as an excuse for NOT learning something.. I am not ignorant… I am dyslexic so conventional learning doesnt work for me.. I HAD to FIND away to TEACH my self EVERYTHING i have ever learned from any book... IF you have an actual WILL to do something you will FIND away to achieve it.. trust me.. It might not be as fast as everyone else.. but NEVER say you cant do it... OR you wont.. YOU decide what is POSSIBLE in YOUR life...
