My girlfriend and I broke up a while ago. In the end, I not only lost a girlfriend, but a family (her awesome children and parents). I truly hope she finds her "millionaire match" and that he loves her and her family as much as I did. It's unfortunate when a relationship comes down to money because life is so much more than that...
I have a patent pending for a cost-effective program I wrote designed to help families who are at-risk of dissoultion, children who are on probation and for children who are going through the reunification process. I'm currently working with a few people in getting this program implemented and it should be up and running no later than the end of June :)
I wrote a book entitled, "100+ Common Parenting Mistakes" that made it past the query process. I'm currently in the proposal process and I hope it gets published soon!
People fascinate me. I guess that's one of the reasons why I'm a child & family therapist. The other reason is because I truly enjoy helping others.
Money doesn't impress me and it's worthless without spiritual values. Those who have high spiritual values have more "wealth" than a billionaire without any spiritual value. Surely, there are more intelligent life forms in the universe and I can assure you they don't have "money". Think about it...
The question I like to ask people is this: "If there was no such thing as money, what would YOU be doing with your life?" Surely, the fry cook wouldn't be makin fries and I'm sure some doctors and lawyers wouldn't be doing their profession either. As for me, I'd be helping people in some manner. Perhaps I'd be a spiritual counselor and help people find their true, divine purpose for being here. Maybe I'd have a big farm and would grow food to help to feed others..
Many of us in the medical field and the human services industry are "lightworkers" in our own way. We don't do what we do for the money, we do it because we value human compassion for one another.
It doesn't matter if you work in a fast food restaurant, are a stay-at-home parent, in school or are a nuclear physicist. Everyone needs to understand their daily motivation and how that contributes to collective consciousness. In other words, do something your truly love to do to make a living! In the meanwhile, try to see the positive in whatever job you may have. For example, if people working in a fast food restaurant can understand how their service is making their customers happy, then it's a good day. Plus, they're making an honest income that contributes to the overall household success. These are some of the life lessons that are free, yet we sometimes take them for granted.
At the end of each day, if you can ask yourself, "Have I done all I can do?" and answer, "Yes," then this it's been a great day!
One last thing about me. I firmly believe in "The Secret". The true "secret" to The Secret isn't just positive thoughts...it's feeling and envisioning the final result of what you want to manifest for yourself.
