"JEMC is a London based electro house duo, the name itself was formed by comprising the initials of band members James Embricos and Martin Cook.
Founded offically early 2008 they have gained fast success by performing at several infamous London venues and are known for their energetic stage presence and their blend of different genres is known to give them a unique edge.
JEMC’s first releases where a series of mash-ups and remixes from artists including Justice, Jay-Z, Digitalism, and Dizzee Rascal, among others. All songs where distributed freely through their myspace page. Since then they have been booked for renowned london venues such as Fabric, SeOne, Proud Galleries, Bar Monsta, Redstar, Old Blue Last, Envy, Neighbourhood, Favela Chic. Their performances had recieved positive feedback with one french promoter offering to promote across Paris.
Equipment used by JEMC includes MicroKorg, Korg MicroX, and Reason.
It has been confirmed that an EP shall be recorded and released next year."
