People who can take in different perspectives than their own, reconcile them as still being valid even should they disagree with it. People who don't follow the crowd, who don't believe what they are told without verifying it for themselves, who can be alone in a room and not feel the emptiness as something necessarily wrong, or can be in a crowded room and still realize how alone they may still be. People who don't need others to validate them, but want others to share time and experiences with.
