Formed in 2002, Uniquity Productions LLP, was organized by Musse' Mus' AKA Supa Producer Mus' and Zakia Sahar. It is hands down the HOTTEST multi faceted label in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Through years of pitfalls, false business deals, and industry struggles UP has finally arose from the experience and establishes some of the most networked connections any one can ask for.
Whether it is composing and pushing mixtapes for artists, hustling hot production, connecting with DJ's on a nationwide level, distributing music to radio staions, booking shows or artist development. The UP team is a POWERHOUSE! The streets are talkin and thats all that matters. The fanbase is growing and thats all that matters. But most of all the love for the music and creativity never stops.

Zakia Sahar, CEO and Vocalist/Songwriter is making moves and already labeled by her fans as the 'Next coming of one of the greatest Nu-Jazz vocalists out of the East Coast'. Performing live at many venues weekly such as Phish Tea Cafe, Club U and 5 Seasons, Eden's Lounge, Pier 7 she has 3 albums to her name currently and lin the process of contract negotiation with A&R's of a couple major labels later to be disclosed.
