I try to combine exemplary surgical techniques, my 20 years experience and an artist’s vision to plastic surgery. I am currently honored by being one of, " Americas Top Surgeons"I am a graduate of Brown University and I received my medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. I completed my surgical internship at the University of California, San Diego, and my residency at the prestigious Tufts University in Boston. Following the completion of my general surgery training including chief residency at Tufts University, I completed my Plastic surgery training at Columbia University.For over 20 years I have devoted my life to successfully perform beautiful surgery results. My patients and peers have told me they appreciated my honest straightforward approach to medicine.In addition to my busy practice my wife and I are committed to worldwide charitable causes, and travel to underdeveloped third world countries to perform reconstructive surgeries on children with congenital deformities and burns. I was honored by the Government in Ecuador for my charitable surgery services. I also traveled with Operation Smile and performed reconstructive surgery on children in Africa and India who were born with Cleft lip and palates defects as well as numerous other deformities. Our surgical team was granted a private audience with the His Holiness the Dalai Lama for our work in India. During our brief time in India, we operated on over 150 needy patients. The Dalai Lama referred to our charitable mission as a "Virtuous Act". It was truly a life changing experience for me meeting someone whose total existence is based on Compassion.My patients, staff member and I were selected by The Mentor Breast Implant Manufacturing Corporation as the Breast Expert for their international educational video on Breast Surgery.I love the challenges and the rewards of helping people. I am an advocate for my patients and I take great pride in educating and informing patients on plastic surgery procedures.I truly love being a plastic surgeon and put my heart into every surgery I perform.
