Ramblings of a Redhead Music Snob - a NEW entertainment blog that is so worth a read. All Concert pics at Rachel's Pics . Im a real redhead. Yeah thats just so rare these days. From Northern california, home to the best city. Currently live in New York City - see way too many bands, go to way to many b'way and off b'way shows, and try and see lots of movies in between. I love photography and take way too many pics at concerts. I am a huge LA Kings Fan! (hockey for those non-sports followers.

My Interests

Rachel's Rants - a NEW entertainment blog that is so worth a read. All Concert pics at Rachel's Pics . British accents and British Boys of course, San Francisco, PopScene, Saccharine (at Zucchabar - Adams Morgan), Black Cat, live music, NYC, indie films at local art house theaters, 9:30 club, complaining about anything and everything, Bring Back Monica Lewinsky, Anti-Bush, sarcasm, dark humour, Ewan McGregor, Angelina Jolie, Gina Gershon, Denis Leary, thunderstorms, long walks, beautiful scenery, yosemite, and traveling everywhere my heart desires (although my checkbook cant afford it) I LOVE LOVE LOVE this band. Lee is pretty f'ing cool!

I'd like to meet:

The indie hipster types, minus the hipster :). All those people in NYC who arrive to broadway shows on time - meaning for the 8pm show, dont come in at 8:10 - drives me INSANE! Those camera friendly people in the front row of shows who snap away for their blog, or just because they like photos. Someone who knows their indie music, but isnt a pretentious f*** and doesnt live off of pitchfork to decide whats cool and whats not. All the hockey fans in NYC who are not rangers fans ;) Ok, so honestly Jagr is now a Ranger, but I'm not becoming a fan. And most especially, film lovers, especially indie films, but not so indie that you cant laugh at Will Ferrell.
And if you ever wanna meet other folks in the city to go to concerts with, go to a club, check this out and join. Indie/BritPop Fans United!
