About Me

I'm using facebook more often so come and find me! http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=595920211

I like dancing and can’t help myself when I hear a good tune. I like walking around the city in cheap sparkly flip flops. I like staying out late. I like fairy lights. I like the outdoors. I like soy lattes with cinnamon. I go to at least 1 gig every couple of weeks. I like walking along the river in Hoboken, admiring the bright city lights. I like dressing up, I like dressing down. I like sushi, sake and lychee martinis. I want to learn Spanish and play the guitar. I like taking photographs. I like painting my own artwork for my apartment. I like to sing into a microphone. I like meeting new people. I like the Egyptian temple at the Met. I like opera & the theatre. I like relaxing in my apartment with the sun shining through the blinds. I like sunny, cold autumn days. I have a low tolerance for lazy people; I have an even lower tolerance for people who are constantly down on themselves. I want to meet that special someone and won’t settle. But most of all I like to live life to the full, be inspired and learn new things. So what’s next........?

"Growth. It happens automatically when you are young; it is a choice you make as an adult. To stretch yourself- sometimes just past the point of comfort. To risk uncertainty. Dare to try something new and you will feel the boundaries of your mind, body, your confidence expand. Because true growth comes from taking risks and grabbing those opportunites that are thrown in our path"

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People that challenge and inspire me. More friends to explore this city and country. People to learn from and who I can critique photography & art with.

I believe we meet people for a reason, a season or a lifetime....so if it be an inspiring conversation for only 10 minutes as we wait for a train or people who will become friends all my life, you all play an important part in my "makeup" and who I become as a person. As do I for those I meet. People may come and go, travel, move job, move home, live overseas, argue, fall in love, fall out of love, but there's no such thing as goodbye.....when we meet....and its meant for a lifetime.

Take a look at this video clip, one of my favourites. Very inspirational....especially if you like dancing and travelling!
