JERRY DIDI' BOOGIE MARRASCOFirst of all....the most important thing! I JUST GOT MARRIED WITH THE MOST FABULOUS GIRL EVER!!!! MY JILLINA!I love to play boogie with my piano to stay with all my friends and to have as much fun as I can!I don't like to talk about the past...so let me concentrate on the present and the future.... In this period I'm playing with several bands... One it's a dreamy formation composed by probably the most skilled and well known Italian and European musicians...the ROT GUT SHOTS. if you want to hear wild rockabilly, authentic hillbilly or fine jazz and the real jump blues sound...well don't miss them! We are steadily backing the new rockabilly star Rockin' Bonnie...and an "old" one, Howlin' Lou! Then we use to play with a lot of foreign singers comin' in Italy (Ruby Ann, Eddie Clendening, Sue Moreno, Ella, etc.) With this band I'll have to play again in a lot of European big party like The Rockabilly Rave, The High-Rockabilly, The Portugalaloha, etc. Then I use to play with one of the finest Italian blues voice, Angelo 'Leadblelly' Rossi, with other two great professional musicians in a band called "Wild Sound". Since a couple of years I'm playing with a historical rock'n'roll band of Milan, the Rockodrilli...uhhh what a wide repertoire these guys have, ahah!!! Another very recent blues band I've started to play with are the Hot Tubes...great friends and great musicians! At last...somebody...ok a lot of people, call me the "bitch" of the piano as is not so hard to find me on the stage with some new band...or jam sessions...but I can't help it, I adore to play!!!!Oh and the future...I will soon move to Austin, TX and I'm going to play my piano there, too!
