Not exactly sure how to describe myself. Countryboy at heart, workaholic by nature, compassionate as long as you are doing your best with the given situation. I guess I would say that I am one those glass half full people.
Generally, I am up for anything that is fun. Doing my best to keep the drama in my life to a minimum. We all have a little, but what separates the strong from the weak is whether or not you have the ability to keep yours in check. Some days I am weak, Most days I am strong.
I am of the opinion that the biggest problem facing our great country today is an ever growing lack of self responsibility. Everyone is looking for someone else to fix there problems instead of digging deep inside themselves to figure out how to fix it on their own.
At any point, I do believe it is time for me to step down from my soap box and draw to a close.

My Interests

Music, electronics, computers, anything outside, shooting pool, dinking beer in front of a hot grill on sundays with friends, did I mention music, playing in the woods, riding horses (although I can never seem to find enough time)and catching the occasional movie.

I'd like to meet:

No one in paticular. Just trying to play catch up with some old friends.

Check out the little hottie at the end of this song

From Johnny Lee Hooker to Ray Charles to Merle Haggard to Johnny Cash to Toby Keith to Eric Church to Fly Leaf to Lincoln Park and back to Zepplin and Skynard. That should just about cover it.

Movies:

High Fidelity, Tombstone, Clerks, Walk the Line and Pulp Fiction.

Television:

If you have time to watch enough television to have a favorite, then you are not working enough.

Books:

As lame as this sounds, I own about a 100 books and they are all technical in nature. Just a geek in a cool man's skin.

Heroes:

I do not know, if in good conscience, I could call someone a hero. That is an awful high pedestal to put someone on and the biggest problem with pedestals is that it puts a lot of preasure on that person. However, there is not enough room on this site to list all the people that I look up to.

My Blog

Angry White Man

Favorite Passage

With all of the drama that I have dealt with over the past month or so, the strength of the love that my friends have shown me reminds me of why I still believe this to be true.   1 Corinthians 1...
