This is a free to join online exchange link up for organic and non-organic host farms, lodges, B&B, backpacker hostels etc and volunteer helpers usually from overseas who wish to gain practical experience and meet some real local folk. The typical arrangement is that the helper works about 4 hours per day and in return is provided with accommodation and meals by their host for their efforts.
