With a sound described as Blondie meets Karen O,
the No No Spots are aiming towards the future of
pop music representing themselves with undeniable style.
Indie rock and powerful electro-pop fused with strong
melodies and hooks, all wrapped up and delivered with
lyrical cynicism and experience, have quickly propelled
the band through the Vancouver music scene.
Touring with bands such as Tegan and Sara,
and Simple Plan as well as opening for many others
including The Killers, has created a widespread
fan base and has also given the band an absolute unison.
This band’s potential can be noticed as soon as they hit
the stage, which is where they want to be and it shows!
*BODOG MUSIC Review 12.11.07*
"... This band is riding the current wave of electro-pop rock, and they do it well. Don’t be fooled, though. They have the talent to back up the look."
*CHARTATTACK Review*
"...a Euro-smut experience [...] throbbing vintage keyboards and bursting sexuality [...] an electrified 120 per cent of gyrating, dancing madness and booming keyboards [...] There's an inherent excitement about this act..."
