Reading (mostly books, but magazines, pamphlets and food labels are also interesting from time to time.) I started playing poker a few years ago, and enjoy the occasional friendly game.
She or Her. Possibly You. (See Elvis Costello, Springsteen, et al.)
The Cure, Depeche mode, Springsteen, Nick Cave, James, Neil Diamond, Jack Johnson, U2, lots of late 70's - 80's, (those were my formative years, you know) pretty open to a lot of music with the exception of gangsta rap at 300 decibels, twangy country, and I don't think I'm cool enough for jazz, but other than that...
The Crow, High Fidelity, Dumb & Dumber, Far Away So Close, Usual Suspects, Love Actually, Blade Runner, The Outsiders, Chasing Amy, pretty much anything with superheroes (I'm a bit of a closet geek...though I think I just outed myself.)
ALWAYS SUNNY!! (Watch this show!! If it gets cancelled, I will spend the rest of my days hunting all you non-watchers down.)The Simpsons, The Office, Scrubs, The Daily Show, Tough Crowd, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, CSI, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Mythbusters, Sopranos, almost any nature program, particularly if it's on insects, which is ironic because I flagrantly loathe insects, and for some unknown reason, I must confess that I am fascinated to the point of addiction to MTV's Real World/Road Rules challenges. Not the actual shows, but the spin-offs where the teams compete in the Fear Factory type challenges. It's a painful embarassing dependency and I am seeking help.
