About Me

Take Nurse With Wound, The Beatles, Severed Heads, and other assorted bands and genres, toss into a blender on high speed, and leave the lid off. That's Le Scrambled Debutante. Formed in 1987 - 88, Le Scrambled Debutante "reformed" in 2005 after many heartbreaks, trips through insanity, and other slings and arrows that life can toss at anyone...The sound is created by using things found, such as sounds from outer space, late night AM and shortwave samples, tape loops, bits of stuff found via the internet, and other choice tidbits from the far reaches of the imagination. As well as a customized Epiphone Dot (Red Bettie) and a Roland keyboard.Why the name Le Scrambled Debutante?! What's all this noise about?! Who are these people making this insane sound?! Answers will be provided at the end of the tour. Or not...Not responsible for any insanity brought on by listening...Blah blah blah... :@)

Influences:G.P-O, Psychic TV, Throbbing Gristle, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Christian Death WITH Rozz Williams thank you very much, NWW, Pink Floyd during the Syd Barrett years, most any good psychedelic band from the late 60s, John Lennon's solo work, The Beatles, (..9, ..9, ..9), transvestities and transsexuals, musclebears and other choice male homosexual manifestations, Donald Duck, Ren 'n' Stimpy, Squidbillies, 12 oz. Mouse, Futurama, Family Guy, Spongebob Squarepants, a variety of PORN, Divine, Edith Massey, and John Waters, Engrish.com, Dali, Duchamp, Joel-Peter Witkin........whatever trips our trigger at the moment...
