About Me

i like to have fun. i'm silly, and i don't take myself too seriously. i have a small network of amazing friends who keep me sane. i'm a proud homeowner, even though the thought of being tied down freaks me out sometimes. i have the smartest and most adorable border collie named holly. she has a cat named lucy that she bosses around. i struggle making decisions, and as a result i am on my fifth couch in two years. i travel more than anyone with my income has a right to do so. i have a full time job, a part time job, and i'm still in college. i guess, to make a long story short, you could say i'm busy. i try to be nice to everyone. my feelings are easily hurt. i have a really nice family, and i spend a lot of time visiting my parents, but mostly because i am obsessed with their corgi named jack. my friends mean the world to me. i love summer because you can stay warm when you're out late at night, but fall is definitely the most romantic. plus, who doesn't look good in a sweater?

My Interests

travel, travel, travel! playing music, be it on my bass or a wicked round of guitar hero. watching movies. work, but only as a means of supplying cash for more travelling.

I'd like to meet:

genuinely nice people.

Music:

there isn't much i don't like, with the possible exception being "modern" country. that being said, the real reason you want me on your World Series of Pop Culture team is my unmatched knowledge of 1980's one hit wonders. on a day to day basis i guess motown mondays make me the happiest.

Movies:

i love movies. all movies. even bad ones. ESPECIALLY bad ones.

Television:

i fall prey to just about every reality show that VH1 has to offer. "project runway" is another favorite. hands down, "the office" is the best show on television, followed closely by "30 rock".

Books:

invisible monsters, like a hole in the head, the giving tree, a light in the attic, where the sidewalk ends, tales of a fourth grade nothing, superfudge, emma, sense and sensibility, the chronicles of narnia, anything by lloyd alexander, and the sun also rises.

Heroes:

audrey hepburn and my mum. oh...and nikki sixx.
