I am a nationally competitive bodybuilder, happily married to Katie and have 3 beautiful children: Hailey, Caleb, and Carter. I am a dedicated Christian and enjoy helping others achieve their goals in both athletics and life. I listen to anything and everything. My IPOD has everything from christian to rap...go figure. When I'm in training at the gym I typically listen to a lot of hard music....my favorite band however is U2 by far!

Movies:

Gladiator, 300,Braveheart, A River Runs Through It, Predator, and Pumping Iron :-)

Television:

Mainly watch ESPN and Desperate Housewives with my wife Katie

Books:

I have tons of books on self help,etc....but never seem to finish them! I did finish "Who Moved my Cheese" and "The Present" and enjoyed them!

Heroes:

Christ, my parents, the soldiers fighting for our freedom overseas
