Where do I begin.....Originally from Maine and now living in Charleston, SC. I came here because of my job three years ago. The journey from took me to Syracuse for a year where I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Corey Parker and a Personal Trainer at the local Golds Gym. Outside of work I'm a bodybuilder and movie buff. I have a true passion for improving myself both physically and mentally. I love the challenge of the lifting and pushing my body further then I thought I possible. I'm constantly trying to learn more about how the body works and ways to improve it.I love sharing what I've learned and helping others to look and feel good about themselves. My heart will always be in the fitness/bodybuilding industry.
