It's a proven fact that if you cannot appreciate The Beatles, that means you need to get your eardru

About Me

Hey. The name's Sean. Sean Wee to be exact. Sean as in Sean Connery and Wee as in uh... nevermind. Nineteen, Chinese, moderately tall (for an Asian) and thin.
Most people don't know this, but I posess a super power. I have extreme metabolism. This allows me to stay REALLY thin despite my considerably large diet. Most girls envy me, including my sister. That's pretty flattering...
I have been practicing Christianity (I'm a Protestant specifically) for about ten years and it has been a pretty bumpy journey, I honestly think I'm still a screw-up but even so, God has been and still is good and I've seen great things happen.
I'm not the handsome, cool, charming guy all the girls would die to hump. No siree. It ain't me. In fact, I've always been the uncool outcast all the cool kids want to mess around with, but that don't bother me. I'm used to it. I have also taken my stance againts superficiality and have done little to my image (except grow my hair. That's because I'm just plain lazy).
I'm taking a diploma in Information Technology in a local polytechnic called Republic Polytechnic. Cool eh? Nope... Don't get awed by big words easily, kids. I'm seriously hating this course because I suck at programming. Why am I here then? That's what I want to know too...
So what do I like to do? Most literate musicians would sneer at this but yeah, music is what I like to do. I used to screw around with PC hardware but I've stopped ever since I've started playing music. I love the blues because unlike most music genres, this one can express almost the entire spectrum of the human emotion just by the music alone. I also love Rock and Roll. Stuff like the Beatles, Zeppelin and The Who. I play the guitar (mostly electric), harmonca and drums. I would love to play the banjo and the hammond organ one day.
I guess that pretty much wraps things up. If you want to contact me, you can e-mail or instant message (MSN) me at [email protected], hit my blog at http://blog.myspace.com/seanydon or check out my youtube page at http://www.youtube.com/seanyydon (I have a couple of vids on my MySpace too).
PS: I can't believe I just typed all this crap out...

My Interests

Music (that includes imitating Eric Clapton in front of my bedroom mirror), Techy stuff (PC hardware, gadets), leisure (hibernating), eating fresh at SubWay, and of course, God.

I'd like to meet:

God, The Beatles (The ones who are alive at least), Eric Clapton, Les Paul, Carlos Santana, George Lucas, Kevin Clash (The puppeteer for Elmo), Steve Carrell, Natalie Portman, Alexis Bledel (bluest freakin eyes, man), Jenna Fischer and everyone else who wants to hit the "add as friend" button.

Music:

Is an institution. If there is one thing, just one thing that brings the world together, this is it. Music trandscends ideology, skin color and even language. In the hands of the musician it is the means of conveying emotions. It cries his agony, celebrates his ecstacy and whispers his fears. In the ears of the listener, it drills deep down into the very soul and tells a vivid tale beyond any language can comprehend. It is power, it is strength, it is passion. Music knows no boundaries... but damn it, I swear I freaking hate emo-kids... I mean, get a freakin life (and an ear examination) for Pete's sake...

Movies:

Star Wars Series (Episode 1 & 2 was somehow dissapointing however), Borat! Cultural Learnings of America for make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, Little Miss Sunshine, School of Rock, Top Gun, Walk The Line, X-Men Trilogy, Napoleon Dynamite (gosh... flippin' idiot!), Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Stewie Griffin:The Untold Story, Team America: World Police, Fahrenheit 911... and as embarassing as this might sound, High School Musical...

Television:

Youtube is the new Television man! Otherwise, The Office (NBC's), Family Guy, That 70's Show, Heroes, Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Robot Chicken, Malcolm In The Middle, Southpark, The Simpsons.

Books:

The Bible, no doubt about this one (and I'm not saying it out of obligation or because my pastor forced me to...). The Purpose Driven Life, The Star Wars Trilogy movie novelisation, Stupid White Men, Dude, Where's My Country?

Heroes:

Jesus Christ, My dad, Patrick, my uncle, Jimmy, George Lucas, Les Paul, Paul McCartney and Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana. That's probably it. Oh yeah... Hiro Nakamura too...
