Unter dem Namen "yacobs" bringe ich seit einigen Jahren eigene Alben heraus. Das neueste Werk erschien im November 2007und es heißt "Estella". Im Gegensatz zu meinen beiden ersten Platten, habe ich diesmal vorwiegend singen lassen und das war sehr spannend. Geholfenhaben mir u.a. Axl Makana ("Are you talkin' right?"), Jockel Seefeldt (Sänger der Lousy Lovers- "More Than Beautiful") und Jess Feist (Popstars -Titelsong "Estella").
Bei "Estella" handelt es sich um eine Romanfigur aus Charles Dickens' "Great Expectations". Viel Spaß beim Reinhören!
Under the name of "yacobs" I've been publishing my own music records for few years - the latest one in November 2007 and it's called "Estella". In contrast with my two former albums I mainly used guest singers this time. That was pretty exciting work. I received sincerely assistance from Axl Makana("Are you talkin' right?"), Jockel Seefeldt (singer of Lousy Lovers - "More Than Beautiful") and Jess Feist (Popstars - title track "Estella")among others.
"Estella" is a fictional character from Charles Dicken's novel "Great Expectations". Have fun listening!
