Wijo(Pronounced Wee-Joe)Name Origin: A derivative of a derivative of a spanish word meaning "Hey Man!" or "Hi There"
Founded: 2008 in North London
Initially born from Chango Mutney(Gibraltar Based Band 2000) who supported the likes of The Wailers and recently Kool And The Gang(2007) singer/guitarist Craig Macdonald moved to London to join bassist Ivan Victor(Ex Soldive)and drummer Mikey B. Together Wijo have 10+ years of experience touring all around the UK and Spain in both professional and amateur bands and are currently due to play in various top venues in and around London. Wijo are also due to record their second album this summer and are already playing some of their latest tracks live for your aural pleasure
