About Me

Instrumental.

Short, pale, toothy, calculating, quick thinking, sleuth-like, suspicious, analytical, completely low-key until the time is right, loony, cartoon-y, peripherally fatalistic, forwardly activistic, massively Aquarianistic, loved, hated, put-down, celebrated, faceless, infamous, misconstrued and misconceived, completely perceived... Pretty much the same as anybody else who is the same as me.

My Interests

Downtowns, late-night goings-ons, exploring caves and abandoned places, traveling by car and by train, commiting random acts of photography and anonymous acts of kindness, consuming mass amounts of true-crime and Weekly World News, vengeance, puzzles, crossword puzzles, and the like...

I'd like to meet:

Rasputin.

Sweet bastards, wholesome bitches, and beer drinking bears. Hey, Jezebel! Come here for a second! Harlot, lemme talk to you!

Music:

It runs - The Velvet Underground (and all solo projects of... as well as Nico), anything by and including Genesis P-Orridge , The Ramones, Joy Division, Kraftwerk, Gotan Project, Vicious Pink, Animal Crackers, Crash Worship, Electic Six, Astrid Gilberto, The Flaming Lips, Prince, This Mortal Coil, Lhasa de Sela, My Bloody Valentine, Kate Bush, Blondie, Scissor Sisters, Elvis, I Monster, El Vez, David Bowie, Tribalistas, Barnes and Barnes, Leonard Cohen, The Sex Pistols, Fleetwood Mac, John Doe, George Clinton, Talking Heads, Serge Gainsbourg, The Rolling Stones, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, They Might Be Giants - the gamut. I really do especially dig that 80s rap and 70s disco... yep.

Movies:

B-movies and Kenneth Anger films, 80's horror flicks and low-budget, most of that John Hughes, John Waters and Mel Brooks stuff. The Bad Seed, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?, Throw Momma from the Train, Freaks, Rock 'n' Roll High School, Valley Girl, Blow, Napoleon Dynamite, Time After Time.

Television:

I love the animation of Hey, Arnold! and As Told By Ginger, Court TV, Supernatural, Smallville, Criminal Minds, vintage SNL, those cancelled Kids in the Hall, Frasier, Soap. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Flight of the Conchords are pretty funny...

Books:

Main staples tend to be true-crime and other texts featuring real-life wackos, biographies, memoirs, any and all RE/Search Publications .

Heroes:

Dan Miranda tops my list! Superman and John Belushi tie for second... Mr. T is mighty terrific!

Finally

I've been a total deadbeat about updating this thing, so I guess now is a good time to do it... I'm no longer living in Spain - I'm back in the States. It's weird. But, it's nice to know that I can go...
