They are very talented and have been building a large following in the local area. The band is made up of two girls at the moment and are currently looking for two new members!
The High Voltage Band originally came together in March 2004 and the group has made quite a name for themselves. Coached by ex-rocker Barry Borter along with outstanding support from their individual families, this young band has accelerated their drive to excellence, adapted to many changes with the band, and has continued to produce quality music well beyond their ages and experience. High Voltage has a promising future and will be an experience you won't forget.

"We have had a big responce from all over the world from those performanes with hits and comments on our web site from quite a number of different countries. We have also been receibing some pretty outstanding feedback on our original music and on the band in general."

Kelly Borter-Kelly is the primary lead vocalist of the group and also a versatile instrumentalist, adding a powerful, dynamic female vocal quality with high-end, classic rock high notes and a stage performance charisma that will turn your head. She also exploits her talents as the secondary drummer and primary bass guitarist providing hard-driving rhythms, deep end rock punches, and complex beats to the High Voltage signiture sound. Kelly is the 14-year-old daughter of Barry and Linda Borter of Holton, Indiana.
Kaitlyn Black- Kaitlyn is High Voltage's lead guitar player. Kaitlyn defines the High Voltage hard sound with screaming lead lines and a super-charged flying V guitar that will wipe away any previous impressions you ever had about girl guitarists, especially ones that are only 14 years old!
