The RoK Fairies, an all Latina Girl Group fresh out of NYC, was formed in 2007 by a very established record industry executive producer/manager, Mr. Kurt Woodley, along with his partner Chuck Lewis. Mr. Woodley has worked with many mainstream artists including Mary J. Blidge, Alicia Keys, Jodeci, & Cypress Hill, just to name a few. He was also head of A&R at Uptown Records where he was a mentor for P. Diddy. Mr. Lewis was the protege of the late Dick Scott who worked with Diana Ross, and he also found, signed, and developed New Kids on the Block. Together they are part of an Entertainment Production Company known as the Titans Media Group, Inc.
These beautiful Latinas are indeed triple threats and they are taking over the music industry with their unique songs, implausible dances, and exotic looks. Alejandra “Sassy Fairy†is from Argentina, and she will blow you away with her powerful vocals and raw talent. CheRyl “Fly Fairy†is from Puerto Rico & Spain, and she will have you thirsty for more with her original vocal style and sophisticated sex appeal. D. Lina “Love Fairy†is from the Dominican Republic, and she will draw you in with her soulful voice and genuine personality. Kendrie “Flawle$$ Fairy†is from the Domincan Republic, and she will have you screaming for an encore with her incredible rapping skills and dance ability. Grecia “Electric Fairy†is from Puerto Rico & the Domincan Republic, and she will keep you on your toes with her sweet vocals and fun personality. She is also the neice of Hector Lavoe and Louie Vega. These girls do not fit the stereotype of typical girl groups because there is absolutely no one out there like them. Not only are they a complete package, but they are real and relatable.
Their music has an old school, crossover, urban feel to it and it is a combination of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Reggaeton in both English and Spanish. They are currently working with various writers and producers including Magik & BooStylz from Track Hedz, Smalls, Kyle, Kiari, & Yvens from The Rookies, and Padrino from La Zona Franka. The RoK Fairies have trained with Vocal Coach Conrad Robinson, who has worked with many artists including Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blidge. Torey Nelson is their Choreographer, and he has choreographed for many celebrities like Cassie and Jeannie Ortega.
