About Me

A promo I made for my band Invasion - Moongazer, June 2008:
A video I directed for The Black Ghosts May 2008:
Video for Frankmusik made in April 2008:
Hawkwind - Master Of The Universe (Brock/Turner 1971)
I am the centre of this universe
The wind of time is blowing through me
And it's all moving relative to me,
It's all a figment of my mind
In a world that I've designed
I'm charged with cosmic energy
Has the world gone mad or is it me?
I am the creator of this universe
And all that it was meant to be
So that we might learn to see
This foolishness that lives in us
And stupidity that we must suss
How to banish from our minds
If you call this living I must be blind.
An old friend Grant Hamilton responded to these lyrics in this way (he has a PHD in English):
"The lyrics are timeless - yet strangely incompatible with a contemporary account of Life as a force of immanence that is only immanent to itself. Of course, by the time you have ascribed a state of immanence 'to' something other (here, the notion of subjectivity represented by the Cartesian cogito and registered by the restricted monad of 'I') then you invoke a conception of transcendence that undermines the very value of an immanent conception of Life..."
(Me? The lyrics above are my world view... we all are one. And I also love it when cats do back flips)
Harmony Korine on Letterman back in the day, funniest thing ever...
This is me interviewing Mike Muir from Suicidal Tendancies for Metal Hammer TV at Download 2007. I wasn't prepared and he was REALLY not keen on being interviewed
