Load of Noise was a B&W fanzine based in Manchester, UK. The genres covered were Sludge, Doom, Metal, Post-Rock, Grind and Power Violence. The zine started in 2004 and ran until 2009 over seven issues. I took pride in the cover art and tried to use artists who'd played an important roll in the underground scene such as Tom Denney, Eric C. Harrison and Scott Stearns. I put on four gigs to promote LON and I also occasionally worked with Future Noise Promotions. If you ever bought a zine, contributed, attended one of the gigs or helped in any way then you will always have my gratitude. Peace out.
