DESTROYPRODUCTIONS
is a start-up company, founded as a partnership of three friends in 2007 to create professional music clips and commercials.
the partners have an extensive background in the field and are well connected to a large pool of professional directors and film technicans in cologne NRW/germany aka köllefornia
christoph dahlhausen
was born on september 5 1978 in cologne (NRW/germany).
at the age of 19 he left school and started an apprenticeship in “information technology” for three and a half years.
after his professional education he did his civil service for one year. during his spare time he produced short movies (mostly bmx clips) with his video 8 and super 8 camera.
he started his career in cologne at the biggest european stunt and film production company “Action Concept GmbH“ as a camera trainee, and worked there for over four years as a crashboxes operator, loader, assistant camera and camera operator for tv series and movies like the clown, alert for cobra11 among other projects.
after an accident in 2004 confined him to a wheelchair, he changed direction to develop a career in film cut, editing, vfx and screenplay writing.he is now working for action concept in the development department.
after the foundation of “DESTROYPRODUCTIONS“ in 2007 christoph dahlhausen gets his first experiences as a director and editor for music clips and commercials.

was born on september 20 1973 in bonn ( NRW/germany ).
at the age of 19 he left school and joined the german federal armed forces for four years, where he successfully finished an apprenticeship as an office management assistant.
after leaving the forces he worked for two years as a manager of a tourist office in his hometown. he started a second apprenticeship as a magistrate at the city council of bonn. in his spare time he enjoyed snowboarding and skateboarding, which he began filming for private use.
inspired by that, he made the decision to start a career as a camera man and so he quit his second education to become a camera trainee at “Action Concept GmbH”, the biggest european stunt and film production company located in cologne germany.
in his two years with the company he started as a crashboxes operator for 16mm arri st cameras, and became a second assistant camera and camera operator for tv series and movies like motorcycle cops, the clown, wild angels and alert for cobra 11.
in 2002 he left “Action Concept” and became a freelancer. marco started to work as a first assistant camera for television, commercials, music clips, documentaries and feature films. he also works as a director of photography for music clips, and second unit director of photography for feature films.
marco dreckmann is a member of the “German Society of Cinematographers“ and known for his professionalism, not only in 16mm and 35mm filming but also in digital media like HD.
he works closely with different directors and directors of photography who all appreciate his dedication and thoroughness.

was born on june 4 1980 in mönchengladbach-rheydt (NRW/germany).
at school, in the mid-nineties he was the singer of the german punkband “SLK“ (silo skrubs) and acting partner of “Heini Records“ a small record label.
at the age of 19 he left school and worked fulltime on the production line of a large photo laboratory . inspired amongst others by his father, he got more interested in photography.
after a year of civil service he saw his first film set in mexico city and made the decision to become a cinematographer. he started his career in cologne, germany at the biggest european stunt and film production company „Action Concept GmbH“ as a camera trainee, where he worked for more than over two years as a crashboxes operator, loader and assistant camera for tv series and movies like the clown, alert for cobra11, motorcycle-cops amongst other projects.
in 2002 he started as a freelancer and worked mostly in feature films, television movies and music videos. christian kitscha is a member of the „German Society of Cinematographers“ and known for his quality work and knowledge of 16mm, 35mm film and special camera-mounting.
since 2006 he works closely with director of photography peter ziesche.
