Imagine The Clash, Motorhead, The Jam meets Greenday, Rancid, Distillers. This is exactly what you get from teenage punksters Guns on the Roof. The Leeds band has an average age of only 20 and released their debut album ‘ Pure Punk Rock Therapy ’ in late 2005. The band impressed the promoters so much at 06 Wasted warm up festival they put them on the main stage at Wasted Amsterdam and a spot at Wasted 07 in Blackpool in August. The promoters of the Speed freaks ball heard the album and immediately created a spot for them at the Great Yarmouth festival 06. They have supported established bands such as Rancid, Misfits, Stiff Little Fingers, The Anti Nowhere League, Spunge, U.K. Subs, Slaughter and the Dogs, The Briggs, The Meteors, The Dead Pets, Deadline, Goldblade to name but a few. The bands passion and excitement coupled with their youthful energy has won them an increasing fan base wherever they play. This is the next generation of U.K. Punk/Rock They are Guns on the Roof.
