About Me

28yo guy, returning to NYC after a LONG summer in the mountains of NH. I am an actor/vocalist ... and caterer ... :) like everyone else in this town is, but have always hoped it was the place to be for me. Grew up in RI and spent four years in Los Angeles. It's easy to tire of LA.So, here I am, open, honest guy, lookin to meet cool people and create a whole new life in a whole new place.I am italian, sarcastic, creative, friendly, ambitious, fun loving, and eternally believing that there are some awesome and quality people out there ... My Interests

the usual things, theatre, Music, restaurants, nature, the mountains, hanging out with friends, my two BEAUTIFUL puppies, movies, cooking, entertaining, the occasional drink out, quiet time at home, and tons of new things i dont even know about yet ...

I'd like to meet:

Genuine people who leave the pessimistic view of life at the door. Fun-loving and motivated, ambitious, open and honest, real interest in others, and sarcastic are all good things that earn bonus points. Most people can muster up one or two of those things ... come on ... :)

Music:

okay, okay, varied ... and i guess what is considered bad taste to the general public ... :-P .. I grew up in a world of classical music, and I love it, and I am also a musical theatre boy, and i love that ... those things take up the majority of my listening time. As for "popular" music. A wide range of things and often not the norm: .... Bare Naked Ladies, Imogen Heap, KT Tunstall, Sister Hazel, Fountains of Wayne, Norah Jones, The Cranberries, Bruce Springsteen, Indigo Girls, Ace of Base, They Might be Giants, The Garden State Soundtrack, Simon & Garfunkel, Cat Stevens, The Kings Singers, Dave Matthews, Dido, and a bunch of house mixes of stuff that i usually cant identify ... yeah yeah, i know

Movies:

NOISES OFF ... it truly is the greatest movie of all time and i have a personal mission to spread this knowledge world wide ... but also, Love Actually, Garden State, Beaches, Dirty Dancing, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, PBS Specials of Sondheim shows ..

Television:

I really can't get enough LOST!! can anyone? GOLDEN GIRLS!, the simpsons, Family Guy. Six feet under, Queer as Folk. I also like the discovery channel, especially at two in the morning if i can't sleep. I could probably build you a pyramid if I tried. And if the whole concept of reality shows fizzled out some day? ... God what a wonderful world it would be.

Books:

Augusten Burroughs, David Sedaris & Dan Brown. I'm not the best reader ... but dive into certain things when they come my way.
