The dutch DJ Gemini started spinning records in 1992. In that year and way before that, he visited a lot of parties and listened to loads of radioshows like For Those Who Like To Groove by JayDee and mixtapes. Influenced by all kinds of artists, productions and mixes he started to teach himself the art of mixing and overtime he created a typical style in which all influences can be found: belgian and dutch rave, UK hardcore, german and US techno and so on.
In 1995 he was asked to work at Bad Vibes Records and perform for ID&T at their parties; mainly hardcore but a lot of oldschool as well. He became a resident DJ at ID&T's club Mystery World (Hemkade) but also performed at parties like Earthquake, Raver's Paradise, Thunderdome and The Hardcore Trilogy. After a while he gave up the hardcore style, but he was still playing his favorite oldschool tunes and continued to do so. Nowadays he only plays the records he loves so much: from the period of 1990 till 1993.
