Preservation Grill is the coast's newest restaurant, located in Pascagoula's historic downtown plaza. We feature only the freshest seafood available, and butcher all of our meats in house to ensure only the best will make it to your plate. All of our dishes are prepared by our professionally trained chefs, and are made with love as we say. We are proud to say that our facility is a smoke free environment so that one can truly enjoy their dining experience without the smell of smoke affecting ones taste. We also have created a wine list with wines from around the world at varried price points so everyone can find the perfect wine for their taste and budget. After dinner,or before, feel free to let yourself go and enjoy a liquid libation in our full service martini bar. The music changes after dinner service to liven things up a bit, so be prepared to stay a while. We hope to see you soon!
