So I decided to write a little about myself for those of you who don't know - or don't have anything else to do but read my "about me" section. I am married with a two year old daughter. They are both a little nutty and I'm sure the same can be said for me. I own and operate a catering business as well as a restaurant and foodservice consulting operation. It is all very life consuming so I don't have a lot of free time. ( who in the hell does?) Life is good even though it seems a little crazy at times. It is good to see a lot of old friends on here and it is good to be able to keep up. I hope all is well with everyone and hopefully we will all cross paths again in this one or the next.
