The Accidents

...Rock N Roll Is King

About Me

The cover is drenched in red, the bottle is broken and nothing is forgotten! “Summer Dreams” is the third monster from The Accidents , an experience and another exploration through the lost tunes and guidelines of punkrock. The stand and (de)liver honesty of 20 000 Drinks Ago is equal to the satisfaction of “cherry popping” a new bar tab… I’ve got the money, you’ve got the time! The smooth running guitars in Runaway (with me) are bound to get you in the mood for the diehard hooligan choirs of Wired and Weight of the world . The latter being a fitting tribute to the innocent so called “bomb-man” whose life was crushed via a miscarriage of justice, even being blamed as the root of evil in the theatrical show known as the assassination of Prime Minister Olof Palme. Notorious thieves in the punkrockscene are always exposed, unless they are like The Accidents – Glorious! How else could it be possible to do, in my opinion, the most heart stabbing love song of all times… Summer of Dreams .The new album is a velveteen wall cracked by the street Samaritans, guaranteed to blow all your needs away, smoke a cigarette and then leave before the sun comes up. Summer Dreams is a punk-rock-monsterpiece which spans from licks of poisoned love and tunes of betrayal to the straight up decadence the boys are so well known and loved for. They are obviously not the devils of detail but the angels of wrath, and you can really feel the lack of afterthought . This one makes the bottle stand and it’ll never run out of juice. My liver is shivering - I’ve got a crush on these songs! The Accidents hammer is back with a bang!Yours Insanely, Hannu Taivassalo (a.k.a Inge Ansvar)!-START Block to Place Custom Banner at Top of Page-! !-Create div with image.
