About Me

Well lets see, I'm a school teacher. Before I was a school teacher I was a social worker at a Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center. I worked with the developmentally disabled mostly. Yeah I know, I must be patient and wonderfull. Right now I work with the slow readers and at-risk crowd, which is a bit different and a little more frustrating than what I'm used to. The disabled are so nice. I do enjoy teaching though. As far as my background and education goes, I grew up in Arkansas and went to college there and in Japan. I got a degree in psychology with a minor in honors. Honors was more or less a minor in philosophy. I also went on to study hypnosis. I'm also trying to get a Libertarian Party active in Hall County.

My Interests

I'm a history buff. I follow politics which makes me think I must be interested in being aggravated. I like to read. I'm a cat lover. I have a cat I adopted from the humane society I named Buddy-Cat. I like to go shooting. I'm not a hunter really, I just have a pistol I like to take to the range every once in a while. It's gobs of fun. I also like to travel. I've been to Asia, Europe and Mexico. Sadly it's expensive and not something I can do but every few years.

I'd like to meet:

Nice people. I'm also trying to start a local Libertarian party so Libertarians would be nice too.
