I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm James.
I (we) make fun of everything. Don't be offended (be offended).
I hate magazines (except for cutting things out of them and putting it on the wall).
I work at Starbucks.
My friends are amazing.
I love olives.
Music is essential.
I have two cats.
Star Trek makes me extremely happy.
Loitering can be fun, when done in the right places.
Dancing can be fun, when combined with the right amount of alcohol.
I don't eat meat.
"President" Bush is not the devil nor the anti-christ. He's simply a moron.
Sports?
I don't trust people readily.
I also don't understand why people who trust very easily say so in their descriptions on Myspace. Doesn't that make you an obvious target?
I was a Flintstones Kid (ten million strong and growing!).
I'm scared of flying.
I do most things I'm scared of anyway.
I want to visit Istanbul more than any place in the world.
Religion doesn't offend me. Religious zealots do.
It's all about Wil Wheaton.
We're all hypocrites. It's just the conservatives that piss me off.
Most of the happiest times in my life have been in my dreams.
Lucille Ball is probably my favorite person of all time.
I also have a hamster.
I love my job...except for making frappuccinos.
I never eat the pretzels in the chex mix.
I never eat pretzels.
You're probably annoying.
I had blonde hair when I was a kid.
I can make anything complicated.
I play devil's advocate a lot.
Sometimes, I like girls, too (this means nothing!).
I can turn a lot of seemingly useless things into something you never knew you needed.
I believe in the greater good.
I love picture time.
I hate crushes.
I enjoy being creative.
I find reading to be most pleasant. I don't understand why more people don't do it.
I want to teach.
I love maps.
I like Corey Haim as much as the next guy, but some people are obsessed! Are you Corey Haim?
TV mostly sucks.
I have a dog, too.
I find rudeness to be inexcusable.
I love Lucy.
My eyes are green.
I always want to know why.
I think sex is overrated. No lie.
That said, your mom was amazing last night.

Old News

Upon going through a box of randomly assorted paper reminders of past money spent and money earned, I happened across a letter written to someone formerly very close to me.  Unsure of how exactly...

On the way into the shower, I caught a fleeting glimpse of myself in the mirror.  Damn, maybe Lindsay is right...I do need a haircut.  Well, Lindsay's mother can't cut my hair for me all the...

Road Trip

Recap:  East Coast Tour 2006 If I were to include everything that happened on this trip, this would be the most ridiculously long bulletin Myspace has ever seen.  So I'll just go over each c...

Someone chop down that Bush!

Upon reading an article in the Florida-Times Union, I was once again apalled at how aloof our "president" is toward his own people.  I wanted to see if anyone else found this interesting, so here...

The other day at work, when I went to get my markout (a free pound of coffee per week), I remembered a certain friend of mine asking me a few weeks back for some coffee.  Since I usually tak...
