Any and everything by Joss Whedon. that man is a genius! Angel, Buffy & Firefly are some of the best film work i have ever seen. and they are on tv! great characters, stories, music, cinematography, humor. besides this, i watch alias occasionaly and have recently watched the first season of Lost on dvd. but i never watch tv. i only watch these on dvd or on vhs tapes where i can fast forward past commercials. like i want to be assaulted by hundreds of fast catchy lil images and songs and pretty colors that make me salivate when i see this worthless piece of plastic crap i don't even want in the first place. 8) tv will rot your brain and suck your will to live!northern exposure and star trek have been played a lot in my house. smallville is good stuff. especially since people from joss whedon's crew are working on it now. they are also working on lost as well. they are taking over!!! Ha ha Ha ha Ha ! ! ! !i've been watching a lot of northern exposure lately. i must say that i truely love that show. i watched it when it was on air and i believe it had a huge impact on developing who i am today. go. watch it. you'll love it.
my all-time two favorite books are 1984 and Fahrenheit 451. the tao of pooh is up there. Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States is an eye opener and everyone should read it to understand real history. I am reading Chomsky's Class Warfare right now.
this is a hard one. who really is a "hero?" i like how Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Richard Dawkins, Bertrand Russell, Eugene Debbs, George Bernard Shaw, Christopher Hitchens, and a bunch of others see the world.
