EVOLUTION COP: In the year 2099 mankinds outlook for survival is bleak. The Earth is suffocating.  Multi-billion dollar corporations own a vast majority of the planet, controlling its every resource.  At the top of the food chain sits one such conglomerate, Genetech. Built on greed and corruption, Genetech consumes everything in its path and what it can't consume, it destroys, crumbling governments and any rival foolish enough to stand in their way.  Founder and CEO, Hugo Black, heads this financial juggernaut. His agenda, “own” the world and all of its resources, including the human race.By enslaving the earth and“erasing it’s mistakes”, Black can raise his “New World Order” from the ashes of the old.  With his team of world renowned scientists and DNA acquired from “remains” found at the Area 51 crash site, Black conducts ghastly experiments  on a vast number of "volunteers"  eventually resulting in the creation of a new life form...the Biopunk.With an army of Biopunks at his side and Genetech in his back pocket, Hugo Black would seem invulnerable, but he didn’t count on one thing, The Evolution Cops.  This elite force of 100 agents stand as the last bastion of glory to protect the earth and its environment from evolutionary destruction. Under the direction of Captain Herbert Tyneal, the force  is led by fiery, first officer Julia Cruz.  Months of work pay off as Julia Cruz slips into deep cover and infiltrates  Black’s lair.  This seemingly social gathering is really a meeting of Black’s cabal, he wants everyone to join him in his “New World”.  With her indomitable will and state of the art equipment Julia sets out to bring down Hugo Black and stop his "New World" from evolving into a nightmarish  reality.
