About Me

WHY?
CIAM ain’t no ordinary band. Its pronounced si am and also the acronym belonging to the Congress Internationaux d’architecture Moderne, a body set up between 1927 and 1956 to redesign, restructure and rebuild modern Europe.
IDEALISTIC?
You bet. Talk about remake, remodel – CIAM don’t see boundries between music, math, art, film, science, design, creationism, Darwinism; if it sounds good, looks good, feels good- then forget the politics, it’s in.
WHERE?
Bizarrely, CIAM is the only music/art project on the planet whose members manage to work effectively together with members based in London, Tel Aviv and latterly, Scandinavia. Airmiles ? oh yeah.
HOW?
Album has been in the making in the last 12 months between: London, Tel Aviv and Norway. Produced by CIAM, together with star producer John Fryer who has mixed the whole album, as well as some tracks with Paul Corkett (Nick Cave, Placebo, the cure).
WHATEVER NEXT?
Film director Omri Taub, has produced two videos/short fims for two of the bands songs. These films have been completed and will be out soon.
The album is now released and a new life is about to begin.
CIAM are in rehearsal for their oncoming spectacular live shows and looking to record second album with music producer John Fryer..
CIAM's grand debut is this JUNE 2008
