My name is Rob, I set this site up to show case some original music. I started playing drums at age 13. I played in many bands out of Orange County California. Moved to Washington state in 94 and started playing bass guitar. I write play and record all my own music. I'm not the kind of song writer that can site down and bang out a song. I have a melody in my mind and then I will site down and write lyrics to fit the melody. Then the music, Or I will have lyrics and play with a melody to fit the words, then write the music . Its hard to explain but when it comes together it's magic! I would love to hear from other song writers to hear how the process works for them. Feel free to listen and post your comments.
