I love romance, passion, intelligent conversations, searching for answers, sarcastic humor & laughing. I try to find the best in every person & every situation, (doesn't mean I'm perfect at it though lol). I'm willing to look beyond the surface for the truth... especially in myself. Difficult as it may be, to face the truth and go beyond my own perceptions, I find it better than living in a clouded limited world. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away"I lost my best friend, the LOVE of my life... my beautiful precious "Laddy" (Mona's Grand Master Lad), my maltese of 11 yrs old. He adored me, loved me no matter what, was loyal, loved to cuddle, loved kisses, always wanted to make me smile and loved me no matter what. I loved him more than anyone I've ever known. I miss you baby! You will always be in my heart, my dreams, and my soul. I wish you were here with me... I miss hugging you!
I adopted "Eddie" (Master Lad's Prince Edward) another Maltese in honor of Laddy. I named Eddie in honor of Laddy, and interestingly Eddie seems to stare at the mirror all the time... like he's talking to Laddy or something. He's such a cute, wild puppy and helps me to remember to love life no matter what. Isn't that what we all want? To love life? Over the past few months, I've grown to love Eddie so much... he is such a cutie, loves to play, loves to be loved and loves to love. Oh, and let's not forget... that he loves to eat everything... including leaves, snow, toys, dust balls, bugs, window blinds (pfft), towels and anything else that might look tasty. :)
