A devotee of music from a very young age, Andrea moved to London at age 19 and there, after meeting Slovakian soprano Agnesa Tothova, fell in love with the art of classical voice and began studying under the highly regarded voice teacher. At the end of a six month stint in England, she moved back to the States, and then after a brief interim, the part Colombian adventuress left to go live in South America for a few months. Her experiences with the art infused culture and native musicians there left an indelible mark and deepened her passion for singing in other languages and creating music with multi-cultural influences.
Upon returning to the States, she became inspired with the idea of moving to California, and at the beginning of 2006, transplanted herself to Los Angeles. Driven to continue her vocal training, she went in search of a teacher and it was then that she was led to vocal coach extraordinaire, Michael Goodrich, a master teacher of Speech Level Singing (developed by Seth Riggs).
The 22 year old Midwestern native currently resides just outside of The City of Angels and is in the process of writing and recording her first EP.

Biographie
Eine Liebhaberin der Musik seit der frühen Kindheit
ist Andrea als Neunzehnjährige nach London umgezogen,
wo sie die bekannte slovakische Sopranistin Agnese
Tothova kennenlernte. Andrea verliebte sich in die
klassische Musik und studierte dann mit Agnese. Nach
sechs Monaten in London zog sie zurück in the USA,
und kurz danach entschloss sich die halbkolumbianische
Abenteurerin, ein paar Monate in Südamerika zu wohnen.
Ihre Erlebnisse mit der künstlerisch reichen Kultur und den
einheimischen Musikern dort machten einen großen Einfluß
auf sie und vertieften ihre Leidenschaft, in anderen Sprachen
zu singen und Musik mit einem multikulturellen Touch
zu schaffen.
Nach ihrer Rückkehr in die Staaten kam die Inspiration,
nach Kalifornien umzuziehen. Anfang 2006 siedelte sie
nach Los Angeles um. Stark motiviert, weiteres Stimmtraining
zu bekommen, suchte sie einen Lehrer und fand dann den
ausgezeichneten Stimmtrainer, Michael Goodrich, einen Meister
des Speech-Level-Singens (von Seth Riggs entwickelt). Die Zweiundzwanzigjährige aus dem Mittelwesten wohnt zur Zeit
in der Nähe von Los Angeles, wo sie ihre erste EP schreibt
und aufnimmt.

Una joven devota de la música, Andrea se fue a Londres
a la edad de 19 años. Ahà después de conocer a una
cantante de opera eslovaca llamada Agnesa Tothova,
Andrea se enamoró del arte de la voz clasica y comenzó
a estudiar bajo la tutorÃa de esta reconocida maestra.
Al final de seis meses de haber vivido en Inglaterra Andrea
regresa a los Estados Unidos y después de un breve tiempo
su parte colombiana le permitió vivir aventuras en Sudamerica
por unos meses. Sus experiencias con el arte le infundieron
cultura y musicos natives lo cual le dejo una indudable marca
e hizo más fuerte su pasión por cantar en otros lenguajes
Cuando ella volvió a los Estados Unidos ella llega a ser
inspirada con la idea de irse a vivir a California y en el
comienzo del 2006 se establece en Los Angeles. Convencida
de continuar su entrenamiento vocal ella se fue en busca de
un maestro y asi fue entonces que ella fue guiada por un
extraordinarÃo entrenedor, llamado Michael Goodrich, un
maestro de discurso “Speech Level Singing†(Nivel de Canto
desarrollado por Seth Riggs).
La nativa del Medio Oeste de 22 años actualmente vive
afuera de la ciudad de Los Angeles, y esta en proceso de
escribir y grabar su primer EP.
