Punk Rock since 1990!!
We discovered the world and started to live our first adventures under the sound of "Rock in Roll", musical style that sowed in our heads some critical reflections on society, human being, the State, the politics and the institutions. So, we woke up ourselves for a new esthetic and conceptions and started to understand the society and its conventional values as a lost thing, all hypocrisy. We realised that what really matters is to invent a way of being different, touching in inconveniences subjects, provoking and transgressing all type of stability and comfort. We were just a bunch of young guys came from the suburbs and all this idea to make a “Rock” band was a distant dream. It was happenig when we discovered the PUNK MOVEMENT and everything in our lives changed. We were infected, truly, for this attitude and start to understand the meaning of "do it yourself", the real meaning of anarchy, the self management and etc. So everything that we make till today is based in these values. From there up to now it was only a step : in 1990 we started out as a band “PROLETARIAN REVOLUTION”, and today we are here touching and singing our dreams and hopes with as much pleasure as possible. For you all: kisses and anarchy!!
Descobrimos o mundo e vivemos as nossas primeiras aventuras ao som do “Rock in Roll”, estilo musical que de alguma forma semeou em nossas cabeças reflexões críticas sobre a sociedade, o homem, o Estado, a política e as instituições. Assim, despertamos para novas concepções estéticas, comportamentais e passamos a enteder a sociedade e os seus valores mais convencionais como uma coisa perdida na artificialidade e na hipocrisia.
Deste caldeirão de informações soltas percebemos que o importante era inventar um modo de ser diferente, tocando em assuntos inquietantes, provocando e transgredindo todo tipo de estabilidade e conforto. Nós èramos jovens da periféria e a idéia de fazer uma banda de “Rock” era um sonho distante, pois não frequentávamos os “lugares da moda” e parecia impossível alcançar as paradas de sucesso sem parecer-mos “estrela do Rock”.
Foi então que descobrimos o mov. Punk e tudo em nossas vidas mudou. Fomos contagiados, verdadeiramente, por essa atitude e passamos a entender bem o significado do “faça-voçê-mesmo”, da anarquia, da autogestão e tudo que fazemos hoje, está Imbuído destes valores.
Daí foi só um passo para em 1990 surgir a banda REVOLUÇÃO PROLETÁRIA, e hoje estamos aqui tocando e cantando nossos sonhos e esperanças da forma mais tesuda possível. Com esse disco esperamos proporcina-lhes bons momentos de diverção e alegria. Para todos beijos, saúde e anarquia.
