The “coin†has existed from the morning of the world and it should exist ‘till the last star falls from the heaven. It’s a mixture of experiences, images, ancient and modern civilizations baked in light strokes of the brush and delusions. It is affected by the dual system, tales, civilization, art, (sub) culture, genius, stupidity, chaos, nothing, white, red, black, grey, hardly ever by the relationships, mainly by the unconscious, in the same manner as the list which extents to the infinity, either positive or negative. An enormous quantity of authority dwells in its bowels, the power of which through the pass of the centuries has baptized and taken many names in written or oral speech by the sacred monsters according to the days of civilization such as: god, fate, luck, power or weakness of the human being, will, conquest, vanity.
So the “coin†jingles in your pocket from the morning of the world, giving you different kinds of authority. It is God itself and you are forced to praise him forever. Ask yourself, what you really want: a logical head or an imaginary word full of fairy tales, urban torpor or urban (sub) culture. Look… God is working in a fair!!!

Coin was formed in 2001, in Kavala (Greece). The 4 first years were activated there with rehearsals and live appearances. In 2005, they released their debut album, called “Head or Talesâ€, for Side 2 (Studio 2 records) and did a promo tour in selected Greek cities. Their second album, called “Urban Subcultureâ€, was released in the beginning of 2007. It’s an exclusive independent work, in collaboration with “Play Our Musicâ€, who’s responsible for the distribution.
