It has been a long road for the members of Reign Maker, but through the trials, and tribulations it has been worth it all. In the beginning there was just two members writing away in the studio, and recording everything themselves. Rob, and James have been best friends for many years both sharing like ideas on a certain sound, and style. Both agreed to take the project to the studio. After many songs, and fans they decided to work on another band arrangement so they could give their fans a chance to see them live. Which pleased many who were constantly asking where they could catch a show.So the project began, and a new group began to form. In the course of the many band projects over the years they had added another best friend, and drummer Jamye. We contacted Jamye, and explaining that we needed a rocking drummer, and adding an old friend to the mix would be awsome. For many years, and other bands we had all been best of friends, and knew each other styles. Adding a chemistry to the project that couldn't be beat. Best friends, brothers, and band mates. We went straight to work, and along the way added Ian to play Bass for us. Yes, you guessed it.. Another old friend.So we are currently working on new material in the studio, and hope to have the new CD together soon. As well as, Head out to the local spots to bring the music straight to the masses that are our fans, and friends. We will keep everyone informed on how things are going, and where we will be playing next. But first, The new songs must be finished, and we will be putting one or two here on the profile soon. UpDaTe for 2008:
Life seems to have hindered our friends, and the band has taken a hit. James, and I are still slaving the boards in the studio. Writting, and creating some new idea's ! Now this is going to slow things a bit losing two very important people to us to life changes. No fights, or anything happened so let me squash any rumors of that right now. Our schedules just took a unexpected turn, and I do mean everyones including mine. Fear not though, the music will come... Hopefully schedules will lax, and allow some serious progression. Now on the band front: It seems unless things change it will be a while before we are able to get back out in person. Our plans are to keep the music pumping right here until we can get out to you all !!! So slow right now, but hopefully the end result will be many more songs to enjoy.
