I was born into a Professional musical family who loved to share their talents with me while I was growing up. From that moment on, I knew what I wanted to do without knowing that it was a calling God had placed upon my life.
It all began at the tender age of three I was told, but my first time singing on a stage was in the school auditorium at the age of seven and from there it catapulted. At the age of eight I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and as I got older in my late teens,the Lord opened the doors for me to sing at many Christian concerts, opening for many well-known Spanish Christian artists and allowing me to tour churches in the U.S.and in Puerto Rico.
I recorded my first CD (Shelter) in 2000 and now I will begin recording my second CD entitled "Created to Serve".
Many songs from this CD were inspired by the Holy Spirit and written by me. In reality, I'd like to say the Holy Spirit used me to write some of the tracks on this album because I am not a songwriter But He has a way with words.
The songs are tied into why I was created and the purpose God has for our lives and who God is and what He can do for us. Some songs are in Spanish and English with genres consisting of Salsa, Merengue, Ballads, Boleros and Gospel.
I am waiting on God's perfect timing for this new project to be released.
So keep your hearts and ears open when it comes out!
Family Life: I currently reside in Boston and I'm married to a wonderful man of God named Gevel. We have two beautiful children Milady Elis and Miguel David Marrero.
